Not only should we counter sue. We should be the first to sue. Farmers that grow heirloom, organic, or from their own saved seed should test their crops each year and if they find any trace of GMO contamination, they should be the first to file suit. Another important action is to buy only produce from those who you know grow non-GMO, as well as only buy products made from non-GMO plants. This would cause the market for the GMO to disappear.

in the end the peoples will will prevail. Monsanto is just another bully idiot with a lot of money that thinks they can do what they want but how can they stop the millions of home gardeners all over the world? and what about botanical gardens and heritage seed farmers? Though there is a recognisable threat here for humankind and all other plant life and creatures that populate the world, corporations like monsanto in the long run can't win because they are too STUPID!Also if farmers found to have gm anything on their land unite and counter sue the idiots ,well who's gonna be the looser! as far as I'm concerned I say no to any kind of gm.
